Workshop Questions

Can I select ANY modules for a workshop?

Yes, but we would always like to understand the specific skill set of your team and your ultimate objectives. We want to ensure that there is continuity with the learning experience, and your team is not missing any important information.

I don’t see the topic I’m interested in. Is that all you do?

We have a very wide variety of topics, and have only listed the most popular topics here. We can also create custom material to address virtually any topic your team may be interested in.

How long are the workshops?

Workshops typically start at 9:00 am and run until 5:00 pm, with a couple of short breaks through the day and a lunch break.

What is the minimum duration for a workshop?

Workshops are a minimum of one day, and can run for as many days as are required to cover all topics of interest.

Does the workshop have to run on consecutive days?

No. The workshop delivery may be adjusted to accommodate your team’s requirements. We are happy to leave time in between workshop sessions to best suit your team’s schedule.

Can a workshop be divided over several days or weeks?

Yes. Any workshop may be divided over several days within one week, or even over several weeks to accommodate your team’s requirement.

Will you come onsite to deliver the workshop?

Of course! We are capable of delivering the same high quality material either through live virtual sessions, or we can come to your location to deliver the material.

QuickStart Questions

Do I have to sign up for a Workshop and Xpert-on-Demand?

No. A QuickStart is intended to fulfill your requirements.  If only one or the other is required, that is your option.

Is a QuickStart only one topic?

No.  A QuickStart can cover as many topics as you you would like in order to satisfy your objective.

How quickly will an Xpert-on-Demand support engineer respond to my question?

We will respond to an Xpert-on-Demand question within one business day.

What is the minimum time commitment for an Xpert-on-Demand engagement?

There is no minimum requirement.

I don’t know how many Xpert-on-Demand support hours I will need. What if I don’t use all the hours I’ve budgeted for?

You are only billed for the hours used.

Does my Xpert-on-Demand support expire?

It doesn’t have to. Often the purchasing department has a “Period of Performance” policy.

Does Xpert-on-Demand include design services, or is it only for questions?

Xpert-on-Demand can be tailored to whatever meets your needs.

Do I need an NDA?

No. The NDA is entirely up to you.

My company has multiple departments with multiple engineers working on multiple projects. Can I combine all the workshops and Xpert-on-Demand engagements into one?

From the Xpert-on-Demand perspective yes, it can be one contract number. However, some companies wish to keep hours for different programs separate.
